a range of security training and consulting solutions. Our

Our training programs are all customized and developed to
specifically tailor a company’s or industry’s needs and
requests. These range from lecture type training, lunch and
learn sessions, to advanced training with the use of dynamic
simulations and judgment training. If a level of
certification is required, we ensure all of the objectives
are met in the customized packages in consultation with the
stakeholder(s).
Our programs continually evolve and are enhanced to meet the
needs of the client, current trends and any legislative
changes.
We carry
General Liability Insurance as well as Errors and Omissions
Insurance.
Our courses
are facilitated using a variety of mediums, which may
include but are not limited to, a handout package / booklet,
digital PowerPoint® presentations, role-playing, training
videos, discussion groups and hands-on training.
We utilize
facilitators who posses current instructor certifications
with relevant experience in their fields of expertise. All
of the strategies and tactics have been “field tested” and
selected for use in a security environment.
Our
programs are based on conceptual and goal oriented training
principals with adult education techniques incorporated in
the sessions. We believe that Security Officers’ possess a
variety of skills and abilities and one technique will not
be right for everyone. In providing goal orientated training
and testing we allow the participants to succeed and
increase the passing rates without lowering training
standards. This will be of great benefit to both your staff
and the financial line.
We will
provide all necessary equipment to offer training at your
facility / facilities at mutually convenient time(s).
We offer a variety of programs that extend beyond the listed
courses and have customized unique programs for other
agencies and groups to meet their specific needs.
